This information is intended to be a handy and valuable resource for project managers in business organizations.

Raymond Posch, PMP, is Publisher of Project Success Tips and President of New Spirit Productions. He is also a practicing IT project manager with DaVita Inc., a Fortune 500 healthcare company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Before that, he was a project manager/relationship manager for Cendant Corporation for six years. In previous jobs, he served in a variety of roles, including PMO manager, project manager, product marketing manager, IT manager, and consultant. He has over 25 years management experience in all. He has authored numerous articles on IT and other subjects and has produced numerous speaker programs, newsletters, and events.
